I am trying to go into this trip without any expectations (unrealistic as that goal may be). I know that God is going to teach me so much in the Philippines. I have talked to a lot of people recently who have been to or are from the island so I know that I expect it to be similar to what they describe. I hear that the natives are very friendly and they will take good care of us. I'm also preparing myself for hot hot hot weather! Other than that I don't even know specifically what we are doing there so it is hard to form solid ideas about how we will spend out time.
